Greg Jacobson is the Co-owner/Operator of the 'George Jacobson Swim School'.
He is also the Novice Coach for the Woodbridge branch of Vaughan Aquatic Club.
Greg Jacobson swam for Vaughan Aquatic Club from 1996-2010. He has competed in 10 Team Championships making finals numerous times throughout his swimming career. Additionally, Greg competed at the provincial level in freestyle, butterfly, and breaststroke, as well as, represented Canada Internationally at 3 Junior Maccabi Games. At the Games, he won 16 medals (comprising of 5 Gold, 5 Silver, and 6 Bronze).
He completed his Bachelor of Arts at York University and his Bachelors of Education and Masters of Education degree at the University of Toronto (OISE). Greg continues to compete and stay fit by competing in Masters Swimming and running Half Marathons. He provides a fun and engaging environment for all of his swimmers, enabling them to reach their maximum potential.
Greg's experiences as a teacher, swimming instructor and swimmer, allow him to understand the specific needs of a swimmer. Coupled with Greg's sound knowledge and understanding of the technical, physiological, and psychological aspects of swimming, makes him an integral part of the swim school.
